Britt Dye

Game Accessibility Lead

Britt is a neurodivergent Game Accessibility Lead and advocate.

Her work in video game accessibility started in 2021 when she created and led the accessibility and usability departments at Whitethorn Games as Chief Accessibility Officer. Her leadership cultivated a culture of accessibility at a publisher level, and influenced many indie games of varying team sizes and resources.

Since 2021, she also worked as a speaker, lecturer, and educator in game accessibility.

With a background in literacy and information science, one of Britt's goals is to demystify accessibility for developers and normalize accessibility as a pillar of game design.
