Summary
Supplementary support of up to $5,000 per associated Toronto project grant for Deaf or disabled artists’ access costs, including communication support, attendants, transport and eligible equipment or software. Applications may be made during the associated project while its final report is not overdue, except the November 15-to-January annual pause. Concurrent requests receive decisions within four weeks after the associated grant notification; the 2026 guidelines state a general four-week period from submission. Eligibility
Recipients of, or concurrent applicants to, an eligible Toronto Arts Council project or strategic grant involving Deaf or disabled artists. The request must relate to confirmed contributors, be within two years of the associated notification letter and have no overdue final report; it cannot stand alone and generally excludes audience access, artist fees and capital costs.
