Summary

Two-part NIDMAR initiative for BC workplaces. Section 1 provides a fully funded workplace disability-management assessment and improvement plan; Section 2 may provide up to $7,500 to implement assessment recommendations. NIDMAR states that the WDA Grant has been extended to March 31, 2027. The assessment is limited to a number of first-time applicants on a first-come, first-served basis, and the implementation subsidy is subject to availability. Apply using the NIDMAR WDA Grant forms.

Eligibility

BC organizations of all sizes (Private, Public, Not for profit per the WDA Grant application form) across all sectors. The application form is for organizations located in British Columbia only. Must complete the fully-funded NIDMAR Workplace Disability Management Assessment (WDMA) first; the implementation subsidy is only available after the assessment is complete. The fully funded assessment covers a limited number of first-time applicants on a first come, first served basis (NIDMAR WDA Grant application form).
