Summary
Provides a fully funded workplace disability-management assessment and, separately, an implementation subsidy up to $7,500 for its recommendations. Implementation requires a proposal and budget and is reimbursed after a final report and financial reconciliation; wage replacement is excluded. NIDMAR states that the WDA Grant is extended to March 31, 2027, with assessment places limited and implementation funding subject to availability.
Eligibility
BC workplaces of all sizes and sectors, including private, public and nonprofit organizations. The implementation subsidy requires completion of the NIDMAR Workplace Disability Management Assessment; fully funded assessments are limited to first-time applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.
