Summary

Provides funding toward the cost of hiring a support person so children with disabilities can attend summer camp. Eligible support people include inclusion workers, interpreters such as ASL interpreters, and designated support staff at camp. Families may request up to $1,000 per child and organizations up to $5,000 to support multiple children. The 2026-27 intake is closed; a policy manual and application forms remain posted for the next cycle.

Eligibility

A parent or caregiver of a child who needs support to attend a summer camp, or a camp provider or organization applying for funding to support one or more children participating in the camp.
