Eligibility
A qualified researcher or professional affiliated with an eligible Quebec university, research centre, public or parapublic body, or Quebec-incorporated nonprofit. Private-company affiliations, ministries and budgetary bodies are excluded; the applicant, affiliated organization and Office sign the funding agreement.
