Funds research projects that deepen knowledge about barriers to the social participation of people with disabilities, under the Programme d'expérimentation et de recherche sur la participation sociale des personnes handicapées. Projects must be explicitly linked to Quebec's À part entière policy. The Recherche stream has an open call until September 8, 2026 on housing and residential services, aiming to document the housing and residential services available to people with disabilities, identify the main barriers to being housed, and propose policy directions. The Expérimentation stream, which funds designing and testing goods and services that reduce everyday barriers, will not issue a call in 2026-2027. Payment is 50 per cent on signing, 30 per cent after the progress report, and 20 per cent after the final report. The source page publishes no time zone for the 4:30 p.m. deadline.
