Support is limited to eight hours daily and 40 hours weekly per child, with combined Early Years Autism Service support also capped at eight hours daily. Certified assistants use the approved SNA wage grid. Approved centres sign a government contract and claim monthly reimbursements, with approvals up to 12 months and renewal after review.
Eligibility
Licensed PEI early learning and child care centres including children under 12 who need additional or specific care to meet usual developmental goals.
