Summary
Funds free, accessible, inclusive and individualized one-on-one disability benefits navigation. Projects must build community partnerships and referral networks and participate in a Community of Practice meeting once a month. Projects must end by March 31, 2029 or earlier; establishing or starting a new service is ineligible. Funding decisions are expected in March 2027.
Eligibility
Not-for-profit organizations located and operating in Canada that have a Canada Revenue Agency business number and an established disability benefits navigation service or relevant benefits-navigation experience and expertise. Organizations may submit one application. For-profit organizations, individuals, and provincial and territorial governments are ineligible.
