Summary

Supports Saskatchewan veterans service clubs through facility projects, events and programmes. Broader scope: the guidelines explicitly include accessibility in the definition of an eligible facility improvement project and prioritize accessibility-related work. The 2026 intake closed May 15; the province reported on September 28 that the programme was fully subscribed in a single intake. A second intake to February 15, 2027 is conditional on funds remaining, so it is not advertised as open. Eligible expenses must fall in the April 1 to March 31 programme year.

Eligibility

Registered non-profit veterans service clubs, Royal Canadian Legion branches and ANAVETS units based in Saskatchewan; other registered Saskatchewan-based non-profits that provide services or programming for veterans may also be considered. Applicants must be in good standing with Information Services Corporation (ISC) and with the program. Informal or unregistered groups, organizations not yet legally established, municipalities and private businesses are not eligible. One application per intake.
