Summary

Provincial funding for municipal, intermunicipal and Indigenous bodies that organize adapted transport for persons with disabilities in Quebec. Formerly the Programme de subvention au transport adapte. Base contribution covers 65 per cent of eligible expenses, set by per-trip recognized cost maximums by density tier. Supplementary allocations are available for out-of-territory trips, interconnection initiatives, and learning to use regular transit. The programme is not rolling: each stream has its own published deadline in the official management calendar, and the Volet 1 and Volet 2 2026 intakes are both closed. The programme ends December 31, 2027.

Eligibility

The Autorite regionale de transport metropolitain (ARTM); public transit corporations (STC); local municipalities, regional county municipalities (MRC) and intermunicipal transit boards (regies intermunicipales de transport); and Indigenous communities represented by their band council.
