Two streams support leisure participation for people with disabilities: accompaniment, up to $49,500 per organization, and local or regional initiatives, up to $10,000. Accompaniment funding pays only attendant wages, with training and applicable criminal-record checks required. Eligibility
Quebec nonprofits with a NEQ, municipalities, cities or MRCs proposing eligible leisure activities for people with disabilities. Activities must take place in Quebec and finish in the funded fiscal year; equipment-only projects are ineligible.
