Eligibility
Quebec nonprofit organizations that are members of AQLPH, a regional recreation body for people with disabilities (IRLPH), or a national leisure organization recognized by the MEQ (ONL); operating locally or regionally; with a paid or volunteer staff member assigned to leisure. Must serve people with disabilities. A nonprofit may apply in partnership with a municipality or school.
