Eligibility
BC boards of education submit through MyCAPS as part of annual capital planning. Schools must have a majority of students in Grades K to 7. Districts may submit up to three projects per year; projects previously capital-funded are excluded. Partial replacement and repair of existing equipment are not funded. Schools without a playground receive priority.
