Summary
Funds access costs for eligible Deaf or disabled people contributing to an OAC-supported project, including interpretation, captioning and other accommodations. Requests can accompany a project application, be made during assessment or follow an award, up to the project end; unsuccessful or withdrawn main applications cannot receive support. Audience and workshop-participant access costs belong in the main project budget. The 2026-27 program remains available until its budget is spent.
Eligibility
Eligible Deaf or disabled OAC project-grant recipients, collectives with a Deaf or disabled member, and nonprofits with Deaf or disabled leadership and a mandate to serve those artists. The linked OAC project must remain eligible and successful; support covers eligible recipients, collaborators and Elders rather than audiences or workshop participants.
