Summary
Not a standalone grant. Supplementary funding for BC Arts Council grant recipients only, to cover accessibility costs for their funded projects. Must be tied to a primary BC Arts Council grant application. Can be requested up to 90 days after receiving a grant result.
Eligibility
Limited to successful BC Arts Council grant applications from: individual artists or arts and culture practitioners who self-identify as D/deaf or disabled; arts or curatorial collectives with at least one core member who self-identifies as D/deaf or disabled; or non-profit societies with a specific mandate or constitutional purpose to support D/deaf and/or disability arts practice. Not accepted for Operating Assistance, Accelerate or Scholarship applications.
