Supports accessible, inclusive overnight camps through summer activities, accompaniment and project streams; its scope also includes poverty and other limitations. Volet 1 offers up to $250,000 annually, Volet 2 suggests $95 per overnight stay, and Volet 3 covers up to 80% of eligible costs to $20,000, requiring a 20% applicant contribution. The 2024-27 cycle intake is closed; the next cycle is expected in spring 2027 and requires confirmation. Annual February 15-to-April 1 windows apply only to Volet 3; Volets 1 and 2 apply once per cycle.
Eligibility
Quebec nonprofit overnight camps certified by the Association des camps du Québec operating for at least three years and serving people in poverty, people with disabilities or people with particular difficulties or limitations. For 2024-27 Volet 1, criteria include 25 camper beds, general management working over 30 hours weekly at a permanent office, a 25% target-camper discount, the 15% or 300-night reference-period test and 28 organized nights in the previous summer; other streams have separate rules.
