Summary
Supports improvements that enhance accessibility, inclusivity and visitor experience in North Grenville, including accessible entrances, washrooms, parking, pathways, sensory measures and hearing assistance systems. Work must meet or exceed the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and Ontario Building Code requirements. Funding reimburses approved work after completion and proof of payment; projects must finish within six months of the signed contract. The intake can end earlier if allocated funding is exhausted.
Eligibility
Eligible tourism-related properties in North Grenville: property owners, assessed owners, authorised tenants and qualifying assignees, subject to the Tourism Community Improvement Plan criteria. Tenants require the owner's written permission; properties and applicants must meet municipal tax, account and compliance conditions.
